Cancellation by Us We reserve the right not to provide goods or services, terminate membership accounts, remove or edit content or cancel orders (or part thereof) at our sole discretion at any time. Cancellation by You If you need to cancel an order, please contact us immediately at [email protected]. Our agreement with you only comes into existence once we have both confirmed your order and your payment has been processed. Once we have accepted payment for an order, cancellation of the order is within our sole discretion. Orders that cannot be cancelled will be subject to our terms, conditions and policies relating to Returns and Exchanges. Delivery It is your obligation to enter the correct email address and contact details at time of ordering. If you enter the wrong address, we are not obliged to re-send the order to the correct address at our expense. We guarantee that we will deliver your transcription within the turnaround time specified; that is, 24 hours for the 24 hour turnaround or 96 hours for the 4 day turnaround. Without limiting the operation of any other Terms and Conditions herein, we will not accept liability for any loss or damage arising from items lost, stolen or damaged after delivery has taken place. Returns and Exchanges If, upon delivery of your order, you are unhappy with any portion or aspect of the transcription, there is a 7 day period upon delivery of the order in which you may dispute the accuracy, quality or similar negative attribute associated with the transcription. If a customer is not happy, we are not happy and therefore we will correct it to meet your full satisfaction free of charge. This process will continue until you are satisfied with your order. The above process must be requested by a customer within 7 days of delivery; beyond this date we have no obligation to commence the above process. Beyond the 7 day customer review period, we do not offer refunds. Brand Lexical Ventures Pty Ltd retains all rights, including copyrights, for all images and designs. Under no circumstances may customers copy or reproduce any of the products of Lexical Ventures Pty Ltd or any derivatives or images thereof. Subject to Lexical Ventures Pty Ltd approval, approved customers may request the DoneItNow logo for promotion of our services, website or catalogue inclusion. Promotions and Competitions Other Terms and Conditions not listed herein and applying to Lexical Ventures Pty Ltd promotions and competitions are incorporated into these terms and conditions. Unless expressly stated, to the extent that the other Terms and Conditions are not incompatible with the Terms and Conditions herein, the other Terms and Conditions will be in addition to the terms & conditions herein. To the extent that the other Terms and Conditions are incompatible with the Terms and Conditions herein, the other Terms and Conditions shall prevail. Should you object to any of these Terms and Conditions (including any subsequent amendments), you must immediately discontinue using this website.
